Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. They outline the rights and responsibilities that apply to your use of Rush Tea International’s website, mobile experiences, and services.

Product availability
All tea collections are subject to availability. We may limit quantities to keep rare batches accessible.
Payment terms
Orders are confirmed once payment is authorised. Currency conversions and bank charges are borne by the customer.
Using Rush Tea services
By accessing our platforms you agree to use them for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Rush Tea reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten the security of the platform, or infringe on intellectual property.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines vary by destination. International shipments may incur customs duties which are the customer’s responsibility. Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns on unopened tea products within 14 days of delivery. Please email support@rushtea.com for an RMA number before shipping items back to us.
Subscriptions & membership
If you join a Rush Tea subscription plan, billing occurs on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may update or pause your plan at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our customer team.
Membership perks, tasting events, and promotional offers are subject to change. We will notify you of significant updates at least 14 days in advance.
Intellectual property
Rush Tea International retains ownership of all brand assets, logos, photographs, and written content. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
If you believe your intellectual property has been misused on our platforms, please notify legal@rushtea.com with supporting documentation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rush Tea shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Cancellations
You may cancel any order before it is processed for shipping. Please contact our team urgently for time-sensitive requests.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colombo, subject to mandatory local consumer laws.
